Each and every project activity, expense, and program data must come into the system. Individuals assigned tasks and statuses can be found in the system. Data security, Workflow management, and integration system. Provide Training on the Airtable project Management System. 04 Hours Video Tutorials. Restricted/confidentiality maintained in data access to only the correct users. Management and planning feature: provide the ability to choose between task lists, kanban boards, Gantt charts, and its own unique gallery, task management views. Shared team calendar: Airtable shared team. calendar as an additional form of task management for project managers and team members to view and edit. Resource management: Track the time and manpower of the assigned team using Airtable,s customizable and programmable spreadsheets. Documentation features: Document storage: Each task in Airtable allows users to store all kinds of project materials including documents, PDFs, additional spreadsheets, images, videos, and other files. Budget reports and dashboards: Budgets in Airtable are created through custom spreadsheets and can be downloaded into their own reports.
